First thing you need to do is login to your WordPress admin area. Next, click on Appearance » Themes.

Once you are on the themes page, click on the Add New button at the top.

On the next screen, click on the Upload Theme button at the top.

You will be prompted to choose the zip file that you downloaded earlier. Select the file and click Install Now.

Once your theme is installed, you will see a success message along with the link to activate and preview the theme.

Click on the activate button, and you’ve successfully installed and activated your WordPress theme.

After these successful steps, you will need to Import  Demo Data so that all the content will  displayed on your side:

1. Install all required plugins on your side (Appearance> Required Plugins)

2. Press the "Import Demo Data" (Appearance> Import Demo Data)

3. Press "Let's go" and you will see "Dafault content" and choose "Import all content"

4. Ater that press "Continue" and all content will import on your side.

5. Press "Continue".in the "Theme Options"

Notice: All images in PIXXY theme can be used only on demo version. You will need to upload your own images for your site.

Now theme is installed and looks the same as on demo.

Theme options is a custom admin page which comes with some WordPress themes. It allows users to change theme settings without modifying theme files or touching any code. These theme options pages can be very simple with handful options or it can have tons of customization options split into either tabs or multiple pages.Theme options are good for most users, but they do tend to complicate things on the development side of things.Notice: Before leaving the ‘Theme Options’ tab make sure to click the ‘Save changes’ button at the top of the panel, otherwise your changes will be lost.

General

• Enable lazy load  - This option is available for Images and Maps. (allows you to load JavaScript components asynchronously when a specific route is activated. This can add some initial performance during the initial load)
• Enable Coming Soon - This option allows enabling "Coming soon page"  while your site is being developed.
• Page Coming Soon - You can select which page will be open.
• Enable Copyright - Copyrighted materials are often used in the commentary, journalism, or the transformation of the material into something original of their own.
• Disable Preloader -  Preloaders (also known as loaders) are what you see on the screen while the rest of the page’s content is still loading.
• Type of preloader:

1. Modern Text - You can add your own text.
2. Image - you can add your own image.
3. Spinner - On your site will display the spinner.

• First text for modern preloader - Enter first text for preloader.
• Second text for modern preloader - Enter second text for preloader.
• Instagram access token - It is an opaque string that identifies a user, app, or page.

Header

• Menu style - Choose the menu type. It can take one of the following values: classic, modern, aside etc.
• Enable underline style for menu - Your menu can have the underline.
• Enable mobile menu from width 1024px?- Enable mobile menu from width 1024px
• Type of site logo - Select the image or  the text of the logotype
• Site logo - Upload any image on your logo.
• Site Logo for light style - Upload any media for the light style.
• Site logo on  scroll - upload any media using the WordPress Native Uploader.
• Image logo style -  select the style for image style. It can take one of the following values: default, custom
• Site logo width -  select custom width for logo
• Site Logo height  -  select custom height for logo
