Follow these steps line by line
Step 1: Go to https://www.stampready.net > login
Step 2: From the left pannel click on "CAMPAIGNS" > "New Campaign"
Step 3: On the upper right corner go to "IMPORT TEMPLATE" > "ZIP FILE"
Step 4: Select "StampReady.zip" located StampReady folder. Wait until it loads.
Step 5: On the upper right corner click "USE TEMPLATE"
Step 6: Give a name of this campaign & click "START EDITING"
Step 7: On the left side, from the module selector, click the modules for further edit

Follow these steps line by line
Step 1: Go to https://mailchimp.com > login
Step 2: From the upper navigation bar click on "Templates"
Step 3: On the upper right corner click on "Create Template"
Step 4: Click on "Code your own" > "Import zip"
Step 5: Type a name for your template & click on "Browse"
Step 6: Select "MailChimp.zip" located MailChimp folder. Wait until it loads (Slow process, Can take sevaral minutes)
Step 7: At the bottom side click on "Edit Design" for further edit

Follow these steps line by line
Step 1: Go to https://www.campaignmonitor.com > login
Step 2: On the upper right corner click on the "Account Image" > "My templates"
Step 3: On the upper right corner click on "Create a new template"
Step 4: Click on "Upload your own HTML"
Step 5: Type a name for your template There are two "Choose File" button For the first one choose "index.html" file located in this folder & For the second one choose "image.zip" file located in this folder Then click on "Add template"
Step 6: Template is added. To create a campaign click on the "Gear Icon" then click on "Create campaign" Fill up the form and click on "Next"
Step 7: Then the editor will be opened. Now you can see 2 Modules only. To edit, remove or add modules, on the upper right corner click on Edit, Delete Icon, Add new
